This bright colorful Birthday card is perfect for anyone! It's made from a teal card stock base. Patterned paper has been layered over the top with the saying "It's time to put your Party Hat on & celebrate!" A party hat has been attached with foam adhesive to add dimension. Colored gems have also bee added on the card. Stripped paper has been added to the bottom of the card under a velvet scallop ribbon. The phrase on the inside of the card is printed on white card stock and attached to the inside.
